- either prepared in advance or on the spot at the buffet as live cooking, e.g. for meals from the wok or carved straight from the oven

CLASSICAL MENU
- at least three courses - starter, main meal and dessert - can be extended as required
- completely prepared or finalized by our chefs on the spot
- served by our waiting staff at set tables
- highly appropriate for all formal and official occasions
- we need a suitable area for cooking, which we set up ourselves
FLYING MENU
- a menu comprising several courses
- all courses prepared by our chefs on the spot
- presented by our waiting staff from trays
- perfect for events with loose seating or standing arrangements, such as lounge furniture or bar tables
BARBECUE
- we barbecue on location
- swordfish in tomato sauce, teriyaki beef fillet, king prawn and rosemary kebabs - almost everything is possible
- freshly prepared or marinated by our chef in advance
- served straight from the grill – side dishes in buffet style if required
- a grill and a least one chef will be necessary
